The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) is proud to announce the winners of the 2020 People’s Choice Awards sponsored by Elevations Credit Union for the Denver Parade of Homes.
This year’s Parade featured 45 newly designed model and custom homes by 11 area residential builders located in neighborhoods throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area. Home prices ranged from below $400,000 to $1,795,000.
“The People’s Choice Awards is a great way for Parade-goers to engage in the Parade of Homes in a new way,” stated Tracy Sandoval, 2020 chair of the Parade of Homes and marketing manager at Meritage Homes. “We were thrilled by the number of people who participated in the People’s Choice Awards inaugural year and happy to announce the homes and builders who were recognized as the best-of-the-best by the people in the 2020 Parade of Homes.”
For the 2020 People’s Choice Awards sponsored by Elevations Credit Union, Parade homes were separated into categories by price, and were evaluated by four different categories: best kitchen, best owner’s suite, best interior design, and best overall livability.
People who participated in the Parade virtually and in-person were able to vote on their favorite homes during the Parade, which was held from September 10 through 27, 2020.
